A solid and thoughtful onboarding program bridges the gap between the sales candidate experience, and the employee experience.
We know it is difficult to successfully onboard salespeople with limited resources, and minimal time from management & leadership. Our series of checklists are designed to support you to build an effective system.
Before your new sales rep begins their journey with your company, we encourage you to engage early to enhance the experience for your new employee.
This checklist will help you cover the basics, but also consider some extras. We included an email template you can send one week before their start date to help them feel part of the team, and valued - especially if they are remote. Don't forget to add the flavor of your company culture!
The check boxes allow you to tick off what you have accomplished.

The {Company Name} Team
Once the new reps calendar is set up, you should schedule the 1st week minimum; ideally the first two weeks are full.
Everyone's calendar gets full, and things can get off track fast. This is not fair to the rep or the company.
Set yourself up for success by planning ahead!
